If you are located outside of the US, please kindly contact me at hello@ayanabjoy.co with your order request and a custom invoice will be sent to your email which includes the shipping charges for your designated country.

What is your current production time?

Each item is handmade by Ayana B. here in my studio, so please allow 3-5 business days for your product to be created. This does not include weekends or holidays. Please note any shipping time purchased is a separate timeline. Choose your delivery speed when checking out which will determine how fast your order will get to you after it is made + sent.

Can I include a note or gift wrap?

Of course, receiving presents in the mail is the best! All of our items come gift wrapped and ready to be received, but if you would like to include a gift note or to/from tag please leave all the info in the 'note to seller box when checking out. We'll hand write it and slip it in the package!

Can I return my item?

We are happy to accept returns on all regularly priced, non-personalized items. Return/exchanges must be made within 10 business days of delivery. Please allow 5-7 business days for any returns/exchanges to be processed. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Gifted items can be returned in exchange for store credit only. We take great pride in the quality of our products. If you do receive a broken or defective product, please reach out to us immediately.
